The ruptime command seems to max out at 40 users, even tho
there are more users on the system. A bug? ref: OSx4.1

A bug? ref: OSx4.1 This is a design limitation brought from the 4.3 BSD distribution. The number is actually 41. (see /usr/include/protocols/rwhod.h)
