Has anyone had any sucess porting the X Window System to Pyramid ? We have bought quite a few Pyramid MIPS over the last few years, and now that we are preparing to integrate X terminals such as the NCD16 into our development environment, this looks like the best place to run Xclients. Does pyramid have any plans to support the standard X11 distribution in the near future? Thanks In Advance, Victor S. We run X11r3 client stuff on a Pyramid. I don't think anything special was done to get it to build. If you run into trouble, I'll forward questions to our X maintainer.

Is the OSX 4.1 cmpiler ok or should I use the new OSX 4.4 compiler. I recall that the 4.1 compiler has a problem with using the argument 'IN' registers as scratch registers.
