[comp.sys.m68k.pc] How do I unsubscribe from this list?

I feel kinda foolish, but I don't remember how to unsubscribe from
this list!  I remember that it's not a listserv-type list.  And since
I get comp.sys.m68k.pc in usenet news, I no longer need to get it in
mail also!  Could someone please help me out?  <sheepish grin>
