Subject: Alert dialog XCMD for Hypercard

Below is Alert Dialogs for Hypercard version 2.0. This stack contains an XCMD
that allows you to use Alert Dialogs in a stack. You can set up an alert
dialog with either an OK button, a cancel button, or both, with your choice
of note, caution, or stop icon. You can also specify a beep sound.
It is public-domain, and the stack requires HC 1.2 to run.

[ Uploaded from Delphi by Jeff Shulman ]

Name: BRICKLES PLUS
Date: 5-NOV-1988 16:37 by KENWINOGRAD

Brickles Plus replaces all older versions of Brickles (without the plus).
Brickles Plus, though "optimized" for use on a color Mac II, will run on other
Mac's as well. Brickles is based on the age-old breakout type of game.
Features: customizable ball size, paddle size, brick color, ball color, paddle
color, digitized sounds (on Mac II and other Mac's using latest System Files),
re-sizable windows and bricks, etc. Great for everyone from 3 year olds, to
crazed fast action game fanatics. Thank You.

deXter2.2 is a *nice* textfield stack with semi-automatic indexing of cards. Useful for storing and retrieving all sorts of data: scripts, source code, tidbits. It has popup menus, a nice clean design, and all the features I have looked elsewhere for, but couldn't find. !!!MR Young!!!

Subject: hiearchical popup menu XFCN

Below is HierPopUpMenu version 1.0. This stack contains and XFCN that
enable you to have hierarchical popup menus in a hypercard stack. It is
basically the same as Andrew Gilmartin's popmenu XFCN except that this one
allows you to have submenus. This stack is public-domain and requires
hypercard 1.2 or later.

Subject: MakeWrite 1.1

This contains a new version of MakeWrite (version 1.1). I am not the original
author of MakeWrite, but I updated the utility to be able to do smart quote
replacement. I corresponded with the author about it and sent him source for
the new version a year ago, requesting that he post it. He apparently did not
get around to it, so I am sending it in myself. This binhex file contains
a stuffit archive with the application and the documentation; to follow will be
a binhex of a stuffit archive of the new source.

Subject: Resource Watching INIT

RWatcher is a configurable resource-watching INIT that provides
partial virus protection for Macintosh programmers. It was written
for those non-MPW programmers who would like some virus
protection, especially against Scores and nVIR, but are not
willing to use Vaccine because of Vaccine's constant complaints
about creating CODE resources.

I distribute RWatcher as a Stuffit archive containing the
following six files:

   Rwatcher The INIT
User Doc A MacWrite user document
Notes A MacWrite document describing my testing
RLIS Template A ResEdit template used to configure RWatcher
   RWatcher.a MPW assembler source code
   ShowInit.a MPW assembler source code

RWatcher is copyrighted, but free.
