	If so, the U of T development network is for you!
	On Thu Oct 12th at 6pm we are having our first general meeting of 
	the year. The location is the International student center at 33 
	St. George. 
	The invited speaker for this meeting is Prof. Cranford Pratt who
	will talk about developing countries and development in general, 
	entitled:

		"Why should we give a damn ? "

	In addition we shall be having general elections.

	This organization is for anyone who is at all interested in 
	development issues.  All disciplines are invited. 
	Come to the meeting if you want to get involved or even if you're 
	just interested in learning more about current issues. 
	There are opportunities for any degree of involvement.
