I'd like to volunteer the operating system we're working on here for your list. Trillium is a message passing operating system geared towards the FPS T-Series but could be considered general enough to work on any hypercube (with a little work). The central focus of this operating system is an easy to use C/FORTRAN environment for a message passing operating system.
