      Computer Performance Modelling, Measurement and Evaluation

			September 12-14, 1990
			 Edinburgh, Scotland

The 14th IFIP W.G. 7.3 International Symposium on Computer Performance
Modelling, Measurement and Evaluation will take place in Edinburgh,
Scotland on September 12th-14th 1990.  The symposium covers all
aspects of computer performance. The areas of interest include, but
are not restricted to, analytical and empirical studies of centralised
and distributed systems, packet and circuit switching networks, novel
architectures, reliability, control and optimisation.

High quality papers on these and related subjects are invited for
consideration, and should be received before December 1st, 1989.  All
submissions will be carefully reviewed by the program committee and by
external referees. The accepted papers will appear in the symposium
proceedings, to be published by North-Holland.

Submissions should not exceed 4000 words in length (approximately 15
double-spaced pages). Send 5 copies of the paper to

Important deadlines:
	December 1, 1989: Submission deadline
	March 15th, 1990: Notification of acceptance/rejection
	May 1st, 1990: Camera ready copy due
