We are gathering information on existing systems projects. We want to have names of projects, one or more names of people to contact in the project, and, if possible, a short paragraph describing the motivation and scope of the project. We expect to publish the result of this survey in the last TCOS Newsletter of this year. In particular, we specifically want to know about projects in the areas of (1) operating systems, and (2) distributed file systems. In addition we also want to compile a list of operating systems and the hardware on which they run. We would like to be able to answer the following question. What operating systems run on this specific processor?
