[ut.na] New ut.na Newsgroup

We have established a new newsgroup, ut.na, for the distribution of
information to researchers interested in numerical analysis and
scientific computation.  I will post articles of interest that I get
from other sources, NA.NET in particular.  If you have any OTHER
information that you think will be of interest to the members of this
group, please feel free to post it.
