February 14'th, 1990 Data General will present their new Avion workstations at the next meeting of UniForum Canada (formerly /usr/group/cdn). We will also have a quick report from USENIX/UniForum D.C. ALL ARE WELCOME! The meeting will be, as usual, in The First Canadian Place at the Metropolitan Toronto Board of Trade meeting rooms, starting at 18:15. (The presentation will begin at 18:45 sharp.) We'll have a full wine and cheese spread, etc. To get to the Board of Trade, find the main entrance to First Canadian Place on Adelaide Street (between Bay St. and York St.). Enter there, and stay at "street level". In a corner on the balcony above the escalators you should see a triangular column with the Board of Trade sign on it. To the left of the escalators (that's East, for those who know their directions downtown!), opposite this sign, are glass doors leading to the elevators to the Board of Trade. These elevators lead only to the Board of Trade, and the meeting rooms are on the third floor.
