Authors should submit 5 copies of a technical summary to the Organizing 
Committee (OCG, Wollzeile 1-3, 1010 Vienna, Austria, 'UNIX Forum III').
The initial submission should not be a complete paper, and should be limited
to 10 pages, double spaced. Papers will be judged on relevance, clarity,
correctness, originality and significance.

Submissions must be received by August 14, 1987, and should include a return
mailing address, and an electronic address, if possible. Authors will be 
notified of acceptance or rejection by August 28, 1987. Full versions of the 
accepted papers must be received in camera-ready form by September 28, 1987.
