- - - NOMS '88 IEEE 1988 Network Operations and Management Symposium "Productivity Through Operations" February 28 - March 2, 1988 New Orleans, LA, USA TECHNICAL PROGRAM The two and one-half day symposium will address the operations and management of public networks, data networks and private networks. The first day will feature a plenary session with internationally recognized leaders in operations and management to be followed by a single track of sessions of general interest to the attendees. The second day will be split into parallel tracks organized around three themes. The final half day will bring participants back together within a single session format. Conference proceedings will be published. Early registration for NOMS '88 is underway and is recommended because attendance will be limited to the first 500 registrants.
