This conference serves as an international forum for researchers, system
developers and users of computer and information systems which process
Chinese, Japanese, Korean and other Oriental languages. The theme of this
conference is the application of leading edge technologies and new knowlege
to process information in the most intelligent ways. Recent advances and
developments in methodology, software and hardware, and expert knowledge
will be emphasized.
