	Summer 1988 USENIX Technical Conference & Exhibition


The Summer 1988 USENIX Association Technical Conference and Exhibition
will be held June 20 - 24, 1988 at the new San Francisco Hilton Square
Hotel in San Francisco, California.  The USENIX Association is the
technical and professional association of UNIX users.

The USENIX Association technical conference is the primary UNIX
conference for the exchange of ideas and information for the UNIX
technical community.  Papers will be presented on topics such as
kernel enhancements, UNIX on new hardware, user interfaces, electronic
publishing, new software tools, standards and portability, security,
and UNIX directions.

The USENIX Association will also offer its program of intensive UNIX
full-day tutorials, including subjects such as POSIX implementation,
AT&T System V UNIX, Berkeley 4.3 UNIX, network systems and management,
C++, systems administration, window systems, and software development.

The technical exhibition will feature products such as mainframe,
mini, and microcomputer systems, applications and system software,
database systems, communications and network systems, peripheral
computer equipment, educational services, and books and periodicals.
