1.   To assess opportunities for the introduction of robots and
     manipulators into the building and construction sector over the
     next decade.

2.   To assess whether or not Australia should be involved in research
     and development for such devices. Collaboration with overseas
     developers?

3.   To assess if Australia has any unique applications which could
     ultimately lead to export opportunities.
