The meeting will be held in the calm, spacious and relaxing atmosphere of the Conference Centre Hengelhoef, 80 km east of Brussels or Antwerp near exit 30 of the E314 freeway. Original papers are invited on all topics related to the current work in the theory and application of cryptographic techniques. Propositions for long overviews are welcome. Authors will be notified by February 15, 1989 about the acceptability of their papers. It is anticipated that complete conference proceedings will be published. A rump session and a session about open problems will be organized during the conference. More details of the program and a registration form will be sent in January to all attendees of previous Crypto or Eurocrypt Conferences, and to everybody receiving this call by mail.
