INTRODUCTION
The Third PPCC provides an international forum for the exchange of ideas and
experiences by computer professionals and managers of the Pacific Basin
countries and districts.
The PPCC is organized every two years in the Pacific Basin. The past two
conferences were held in Melbourne in 1985, and in Singapore in 1987.
