CALL FOR PAPERS TENCON '89 (IEEE Region 10 Conference) SESSION ON NETWORK SYNCHRONIZATION November 22 -- 24, 1989 Bombay, India Under the auspices of the IEEE,the session organizers invite submission of papers for a session on"Network Synchronization." This session will focus on the synchronization methodology, architecture, and performance of digital synchronization networks and network clocks. The areas of interest include but are not limited to: + Network architecture + Reference distribution + Clock Performance + Measurement and Characterization + Specifications and Standards + Jitter and Wander Depending on the number and quality of the responses,this ses- sion may be split into multiple sessions, with one part focus- ing on wander, and the second one on jitter. Prospective authors should submit two copies of an extended abstract (not exceeding 5 pages , double spaced) of their papers to the organizer by March 31, 1989. Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection by May 15,1989. Photo-ready copies of the complete paper (not exceeding 25 pages double-spaced) must be received by July 15, 1989 for inclusion in the proceedings which will be published by the IEEE and distributed at the symposium.
