1990 BILKENT INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON
NEW TRENDS IN COMMUNICATION, CONTROL and SIGNAL PROCESSING

CALL FOR PAPERS
A conference devoted to new and emerging trends and topics in Communication,
Control, and Signal Processing will be held on the campus of Bilkent
University, Ankara, Turkey from Sunday evening July 1, 1990 through Thursday
evening July 5, 1990. The conference will feature a number of invited
lecturers as well as contributed papers. All papers accepted for presentation
will appear in a proceedings volume, which will be made available at the
start of the conference. Information on accommodations, travel arrangements,
tours, and the technical program may be obtained by writing to the
program chairman.
Papers are solicited in the following areas:

Signal processing, Communication systems, Adaptive and stochastic control,
Image processing, Multiaccess communications, Algebraic methods in control,
Pattern recognition, Optical communications, Robust control,

Abstract due : January 15, 1990
Notification of acceptance mailed : February 15, 1990
Camera ready copy due : April 15, 1990
The abstract should be 400-800 words. The cover page must
include the authors' names, addresses, and the electronic
mail address or the telephone number for the communicating
author.
Send three double spaced copies of the abstract in English
to the Program Chairman.
