programming with emphasis on methodologies, tools and foundations.
Topics of interest include design and implementation of parallel
programming languages and systems; programming experience with parallel
programming languages and systems; restructuring compilers and program
manipulation systems for parallel systems; environments, debuggers,
monitoring tools and operating system support for parallel programming;
the relationship between parallel programming languages, compilers and
machine architecture; and performance aspects of parallel programming
systems.

The program committee consists of Arvind, Jeanne Ferrante, Geoffrey
Fox, Dennis Gannon, David Gelernter, Allan Gottlieb, Robert Halstead,
H.T. Kung, David Notkin, Ross Overbeek, and David Padua (Chair). Ed
Lazowska is general chair. David Notkin is local arrangements chair.
