For papers with multiple authors, please designate the author to whom all correspondence should be sent by listing that author first. All other pages should have the title and first author of the paper. The manuscript should not exceed 3,000 words in English. Page charges will be assessed for camera-ready copies exceeding five pages. Six double-spaced copies of the manuscript in English must be received by the Technical Program Secretary at the address below. If your region is other than North America, please also send one copy to the appropriate regional representative listed below. Financial assistance is available for students from outside the United States and Canada who present papers at GLOBECOM '90.
