The reason uuxqt sometimes doesn't handle all the X files is that it looks for things to do only once, when it is started. Stuff that arrives while it is running isn't noticed, and the locking arrangements prevent another uuxqt starting up until the first is finished. At most busy sites this is not a problem, because there'll be another one along any minute, but probably it should be fixed.
