1990 ACM SIGMOD INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON MANAGEMENT OF DATA

May 23-25, 1990
Trump Plaza Hotel, Atlantic City, NJ


The 1990 SIGMOD Conference will bring together researchers,
practitioners, and users concerned with issues in data management.  Our
goal is to have a balanced conference offering papers on
theoretical concepts and results as well as a forum on practical
system design and implementation experiences and database
applications.  The conference will also feature a number of half-day
tutorials and extensive exhibits of commercially available systems
and experimental research prototypes.

Six copies of a manuscript limited to 20 double-spaced pages (5000 words)
should reach the Program Committee Chair by December 6, 1989.

Ten-minute video presentations are solicited.  Each presentation must clearly
demonstrate a novel concept, a new user interface, or an innovative system.
Proposals for video presentations (2-3 pages long) should reach the Program
Committee Chair by December 6, 1989.  The Program Committee will notify
acceptance in February 1990.  The actual video need not be sent.

Tutorial and Panel proposals should also be sent to the relevant chair
by Dec. 6, 1989.
