AUSTRALIAN MICROELECTRONICS CONFERENCE 1990 Hilton International Hotel Adelaide, South Australia July 2 to 4 1990 Sponsored by the IREE Australia in conjunction with the I.E. Aust, and supported by the local IEE and IEEE 1990 marks the start of the decade leading us into the 21st Century. In this decade, microelectronic technology will see unprecedented application in all aspects of the industrialized world. For Australia, it is seen as a turning point in its preparation to be viable and competitive in the next century. A necessary part of that change is wider acceptance and full scale use by industry and government of microelectronic technology in products and manufacturing processes.
