The IEEE 1990 Network Operations and Management Symposium (NOMS '90) will be held on February 11-14, 1990, in San Diego, California. It is sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society's Technical Committee on Network Operations and Management and cosponsored by the Technical Committees on Transmission Systems, Switching, and Communications Software. The purpose of NOMS'90 is to bring together users, service providers, and manufacturers of telecommunications services and equipment to discuss the operations and management of public and private voice and data networks. NOMS '90 is the only professional conference devoted exclusively to this topic. In contrast to NOMS '88 which was held two years ago in New Orleans, NOMS '90 is looking to attract more participation from the user community. We invite you and your colleagues to participate in this unique experience. If you have not yet received a copy of the Advance Program and are interested in attending, provide a copy of your name and address to: Jack L.
