The IEEE 1990 Network Operations and Management Symposium
(NOMS '90) will be held on February 11-14, 1990, in San Diego,
California.  It is sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society's
Technical Committee on Network Operations and Management and
cosponsored by the Technical Committees on Transmission Systems,
Switching, and Communications Software.  The purpose of NOMS'90
is to bring together users, service providers, and manufacturers
of telecommunications services and equipment to discuss the
operations and management of public and private voice and data
networks.  NOMS '90 is the only professional conference devoted
exclusively to this topic.  In contrast to NOMS '88 which was
held two years ago in New Orleans, NOMS '90 is looking to attract
more participation from the user community.

We invite you and your colleagues to participate in this unique
