The IFPS Users' Association will conduct its twelfth annual meeting in
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, June 24-28, 1990. The theme of the 1990 meeting
 is "Managing Change."

Keynote presentations are scheduled to cover important topics such as:
"The Changing Information Needs of Top Management" by Bill King,
University of Pittsburgh; "Changing Technological Needs and Requirements"
by Kathleen Carley, Carnegie-Mellon University and "Human Resistance to
Change in Computerization" by Dianna Stone, Bowling Green University.

Execucom staff will also be on hand to answer users' questions and assist
with users' problems. This is an excellent opportunity for users to meet
one-on-one with people who can be of the greatest assistance in managing
changing needs. The meeting also provides the opportunity to network with
other professionals and to share information and ideas on finding
 solutions to changing needs.

The meeting will be held at the Vista International Hotel. Registration
for the entire meeting, including three breakfasts and lunches and one
banquet dinner will be $495. The fee for academic attendees will be $295.
