Is there any preventative maintainece program for Apple Laserwriter Pluses?
We have a LaserWriter+ with 21000 copies on it, and we have done nothing
other than changing the toner cartridge and doing the cleaning that the
manual recommends.
Anyways, our manual feed stopped manual feeding. Looking over the
printer, I found yet another roller. This one is located about 2
inches down the right edge of a piece of paper waiting to feed out of
the manual tray. It turned out that cleaning this roller caused the
manual feed to continue functioning properly.
Are there any more rollers that I should be cleaning?
Is there anything else that I can be doing to prevent breakdowns?
We have come to depend on this machine, and don't want to have it
break down unexpectedly.
