DRAIN/ENDJOB problem
Does any one else out there have trouble convincing XEROX that
they have some problem with the 4050 in DRAIN/ENDJOB?
You can hear the printer motor start up to print the last
job, but the printer fails to print. It just sits there with the
motor humming. We have to open/shut the middle door of the printer
just to generate an "interrupt". We think it is a firmware, microcode
problem of the 4050.
