We are soon to invest in a color printer. We know about the Seiko, the QMS and Tektronix. We have almost decided on the Tektronix 4693D. What we really want is a box that will both grab a variety of rgb signals, and also understand postscript (two different applications). If people have had experiences with any of the above hardware, or others that meet our specs (notice that each of the above can do one or the other), I'd be mighty interested. Also, ink type printers need not apply. Also, have people had experience with Laserwriters: The Next Generation? Thanks.
