We have a need to produce 1,000 to 3,000 individual 8-1/2 X 11 color graphics each month for a month-end report. One dataset is on an Altos computer in Idol database the second data set will be in Oracle and running on a VAX or P.C., although the data can be moved to other systems if necessary. The fastest color laser printer we have found is the QMS and it is limited to one to two minutes per page. This would take nearly 100 hours for 3,000 copies and we consider this time constraint to be unacceptable. What are our options?
