[comp.laser-printers] Want info on Apple LW and Unix

After reading (well, okay--skimming) several newgroups for
some time, it is my impression that there are a number of
programs floating around for printing on an Apple LaserWriter
from a Unix system.

Is anyone out there bored enough to make a reasonably comprehensive
list of such programs?  (Or maybe someone already has one--hint,
hint :-).  I'd be interested in what people have to say about all
packages: commercial, PD; for printing ascii, troff, TeX; good,
so-so, or avoid-at-all-costs.
