[comp.laser-printers] MS-DOS Screen Dumping?

mascagni@NCIFCRF.GOV (Michael Mascagni) (10/11/89)

I am looking for an MS-DOS utility (TSR) for screen dumping to an HP-Laserjet
printer. If possible I would like to dump the content of the screen (VGA or
EGA) graphics or just plain text to the laserjet via a "hot-key". An
alternative/enhancement would be a "hot-key" driven redirection of the screen
output to the laserjet. This, I imagine, only makes sense for text. I imagine
that some of these are available as public domain programs. The graphics
screen dumping is more complicated, so no PD stuff may exist for this. Please
e-mail me, and if you want the same information, e-mail to me will prod me to
post a summary given interest.--Michael Mascagni

Borland have recently released into the PD some utility routines
for Turbo Pascal & C which include HPLJ graphics printing. In UK just
send blank disks (4 for complete set) to Borland UK.
