A while ago somebody posted a file containing 2 postcript images (fuzzy.ps and acuity2.ps). The second one (acuity2.ps) badly crash our Imagen 3320 Ultrascript 4.1T rev. B IP/II (divide by 0) It is not even a postscript crash, but a printer crash: we have to reboot the printer. I do not mind that much the crash, but the fact that we crash the printer itself seems to indicate a real problem in Ultrascript. I tried this image on a Apple LW and it prints fine. So it is definitely not a "postscript" problem. -- -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Francois Felix INGRAND SRI International, AIC felix@AI.SRI.COM 333, Ravenswood Avenue felix%AI.SRI.COM@UUNET.UU.NET MENLO PARK, CA 94025, USA "Pourquoi tant de haine..." The file acuity.ps runs fine on our 3320 Ultrascript 4.1T rev. B IP/II. Sounds like you need to get in touch with Neil Reilly in our Applications Support organization. Ultrascript is a very solid implementation of "postscript" and we hope that your disillusion is cleared ! - chirag mail address: decwrl\!imagen\!chirag
