I received a notice concerning the Class Action Suit against Oki
Electric Industry Co., Ltd. last summer. The notice said that
a settlement hearing would be held Sept. 8th in Philadelphia.
The notice said that if the Settlement is approved then proof
of claim forms would be sent to members of the Class. I haven't
received anything since then.
Does anyone know the current status of this suit?
