Hi Printer/Fonts netland. According to the Apple LaserWriter Reference manual, while emulating the HP Laserjet, one has "access to the roman, bold, italic, and bold italic fonts of the following built-in typefaces: Courier, Times, Helvetica". Of course, one can use HP downloaded fonts. My questions are: 1) Is it possible to have access to the built-in Symbol font while emulating the HP Laserjet? If the answer is YES, HOW CAN THIS BE DONE? 2) In case of positive answer to Que. #1, how one have an access to the other built-in fonts of the Apple LaserWriter while emulating the HP Laserjet? 3) Is it possible to use downloaded Postcript fonts while emulating the HP Laserjet? How? 4) Is there any freely or almost-freely distributed HP Laserjet font or font-family for mathematical symbols (like: membership, nonmembership, inclusion, revrse inclusion, direct sum (=plus sign over zero), tensor product (=mult. sign over zero), notequal sign) and for uppercase and lower case Greek letters? Thanks for your answers. A. Sh. Dahari (email:dahari@bimacs.bitnet) -- Ariel J.
