I'm trying to interface an AT&T6286 WGS with an HP Laserjet but am having limited success. When I select the "Print Screen" key, sometimes I get a printout and sometimes I don't. Seems there is a buffer that needs to be filled before any printing occurs. If I enter the "Print Screen" key several times, eventually printing occurs but it is very messy (e.g. separate page with only one line followed by another page which has the desired data (but repeated several times presumably because I pressed the "Print Screen" key several times to flush the buffer)). Where do I get started? I'm at an AT&T facility with little PC expertise and don't have too many people to discuss issues with. I would like to be able to: 1) Dump DOS files to the printer 2) Print the current display contents 3) Download UNIX files and print them (I would like to download troffed files and print them but that's probably an even bigger can of worms!) Do I need a print file of some sort for DOS? Do I need to modify my CTRM file for UNIX transfers? Is there any documentation available? I'm sure I'm not the first one to encounter this. Any help would be deeply appreciated. Rich Swartz AT&T Arlington, Va. api!rcs 703-271-2956
