About 2 months ago we received the 4.2 distribution, but not wanting a load
average of 25, we decided to keep the 4.1 kernel running and try to add
whatever 4.2 programs we found interesting. Well, anyway, this weekend I
installed the 4.2 UUCP, but found a couple problems. Our LOGFILE shows
a number of Timeouts occuring at various stages of the uucp process, for
example in the login stage and the 'H' stage. We're using the 'nap' system
call for short delays.
So, basically, does anyone know what might be happening?
