I have just been given an IBM LaserPrinter (model 4019) for evaluation purposes. This fine little machine operates in 3 modes -- IBM ASCII, HP Emulation, and Plotter Emulation. What I am looking for, is some sort of conversion program so that I might get some "nifty" graphics output from this box. I am looking for programs which will convert output to LaserJet mode. Preferably dvi-to-lj and/or troff-to-lj. Actually anything I could use to get high quality output on this printer would be appreciated. (I really wish the postscript add-on feature was available and installed on this thing.) BTW, this printer is hooked up to a lab full of IBM RTs running AIX 2.2.1. Thanks in advance for any pointers you might have. -- Tom Pitman - tpitman@ucunix.san.uc.edu Associate Systems Engineer - tpitman@ucbeh.BITNET University of Cincinnati - tpitman@ucbeh.san.uc.edu Academic Computing Services - ccontcp@ucccvm1.BITNET
