[comp.laser-printers] cifplot to postscript

[This is a repost; maybe some sites got the first posting, but mine didn't.]

Where do I get the 'pscf' (cifplot to postscript) filter ?
It doesn't come with the TranScript software, but TranScript's psif 
has an entry for it, so presumably pscf exists somewhere.

Any info greatly appreciated.
