Has anyone succeeded in getting Transcript or dvips/dvi2ps generated postscript to print on a LaserJet IID? All I've been able to do is print hand-crafted, 1 page pictures. Any attempt to print a document results in "PS ERROR 18" eventually showing in the LCD display (this means "Name not known" according to the cartridge manual).
