We have an Imagen XP7320 running version 4.0 of Imagen's PostScript clone (UltraScript). Frankly, our experience is that US is very buggy. Over the past several months I've sent a number of documents to Imagen Corp. that print correctly on an Apple LaserWriter NTX but fail in one way or another in US. In every case, Imagen has been sympathetic and suggested that I upgrade our printer to the current release of UltraScript 4.1Turbo. Imagen claims that all of my reported problems disappear on 4.1T. I'm wondering if anyone out there has experience with 4.1T UltraScript. We're trying to decide if we should spend $5,000 to upgrade the Imagen or scrap the box. If 4.1T actually works then I'm in favour of the upgrade. If anyone has experience with this box (pro and con) I'd be happy to hear from you.
