I asked this before and got no answers, so here it goes again.... I want to be able to dump the bit image out of a Postscript printer (Apple Laserwriter would be first choice)- send the printer whatever commands to put graphics/text on a page and when the printer is finished setting this up in memory, dump it out the serial port just before executing the "showpage". Has anyone out in netland ever tried such a thing?? I want to be able to use the printer's intelligence to create a bitmap of what the page looks like. --- Cris ...uunet!ssi!cjr ssi!cjr@uunet.uu.net
