I've owned two different QMS laser printers and worked with many others over the years, and I've never had a problem with their customer support. They have gone so far as to send me new ROMs (to fix one problem) and a brand new motherboard (to fix another)---absolutely free. They are kind and courteous over the telephone and usually respond with a problem solution within 24 hours. For complex technical problems, their BBS support has been great. This is just my experience; maybe I've been lucky. But I've gotten consistently good service over the past six years from them. -tom
