Hi, We have a postscript file that does not get printed on our DEC LPS20 laser printer due to lack of 'ZapfDingBats'. The same file prints fine on our QMS laser writers. Can someone tell me how I can fix this ? Thank you very much. Please also e-mail your responses, if you don't mind. I will be grateful for any suggestions/directions. Suresh

If your printer doesn't have it and you want to print the font then you'll have to purchase the font for your printer. Another option is to do a global search-and-replace on 'ZapfDingBats' (replace with the font-name of your choice) in your file. --
