I'm not sure my previous posting's got out so: I have a TI PS35. I'm having problems with it. The left 2 inches of the pages come out considerably lighter then then the rest. I'm looking for someone in the area to test my OPC/Dev cartridges and see which one is the culprit. I've tried everything else, including new toner and numerous cleaning. The OPC and Dev. cartridges cost around $100. each, so I want to be sure which one is the culprit. TI says they will replace the cartridge but I would have to send in the old one first (takes about 2 weeks), or send them money for a new one which they can ship right away. I don't think i can find a way out of paying for a new cartridge, without my printer going off line for awhile. So I'll be stuck with 2 cartridges which are supposed to be good for ~35-50k pages. This really burns me up. But i have no choice. So, anyone out there that can help? Thanks alot. I live in Romeoville, Il., thats just north of Joliet. I drive into Naperville every day. So anywhere between those 2 places would be great, however, I'd drive into Chicago if I had to to resolve this. Thanks again. (Maybe, just maybe you know of another way to fix this?)
