[net.dcom] 212A Lights Up

A very strange thing happened to me tonight.  I had just
logged on (1200 baud), and I turned my back to rehang a
poster that the cat ripped down.  When I turned around,
every one of the front lights (TR, MR, etc.) on the
dataphone (212A) was lit, and the terminal was frozen.
When I hung up and logged back in, it was OK.  Anyone
experience this before?
