I have been using a 212-LP for about a week now. It replaced a 103 type that I was using. The 212 protocall seems to be much less susceptible to noisy lines than the old 103A dataset that I had been using. The calls that I make are from Manhattan (212) to Westchester county (914). With my old 103A I occasionally had to redial because of a noisy line, but with the 212-LP I have not seen the problem at all.A The 212-LP performs very well for the price.
