                             ABSTRACT

It is well known that (v,k,t) difference sets
correspond to symmetric (v,k,t)-designs admitting a
sharply transitive automorphism group and vice versa.
An analogous statement is true for divisible differ-
ence sets and group divisible designs, as well as for
strongly regular graphs and partial difference sets.
In my talk I will present new results about divisible
difference sets and some relations to partial differ-
      ence sets.
