I have someone interested in using Microsoft Word 4.0 with Pagemaker v3.0. I understand that it is currently not possible to import files from word 4 to pagemaker. If anyone has experiance in seeing this work , or fail would they please let me know. Another group would like ( Horrors) to use Word and Pagemaker on an IBM clone. Robert Pearson rap@csadfa.oz Disclaimer: I have no intention of using such a combination myself.

Robert Pearson (rap@csadfa.oz) asks for assistance with regards to placing word 4 documents into Pagemaker. Well, it can be done, if you don't mind losing some of the features that word 4 gives over word 3. Simply save your word 4 document as a word 3 document (you don't have to overwrite the original - it's probably best to do a 'save as...' and change the name). This file can then be placed into a pagemaker document. If this is not what you want to do the only thing that can be doen is to wait for an upgraded Pagemaker. Christian Legg
