[aus.mac] Outlining default button in modal dialog boxes

How do I outline the default button (item 1) in a modal dialog box?  I tried
manually outlining the button as suggested in Inside Mac and it was
momentarily outlined before the actual button itself was drawn thus erasing
the outline.

On the GS there is a toolbox call specifically for outlining the default
button.  I couldn't find anything similiar on the Mac though.

Anyone know how I can solve this little problem?
